While we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note shipping times may be longer during peak promotion periods. This includes, but is not limited to Gift With Purchase, Blockbuster, Afterpay Day, Cyber Weekend, Click Frenzy and Boxing Day.
We kindly ask customers to be mindful of these potential delays when placing an order.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our fulfillers have all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.
We accept orders to P.O Box addresses.
Estee Lauder Online only delivers online orders to New Zealand addresses.
IMPORT DUTIES
All prices on our site are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and will be charged in New Zealand Dollars.
Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping restrictions
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Public Holidays)
Estee Lauder Online ships all orders from Sydney via Australia Post and New Zealand Post. This extensive delivery network is supported by one of the largest transport fleets in Australia and New Zealand. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Sydney, will result in longer lead times.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, New Zealand post will leave a card with details of where to collect your parcel. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, New Zealand Post will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
Estee Lauder Online does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.
